I am having problems getting into my webstore account. I have lost or forgotten my password.
If you have a webstore account with us and are having problems signing in, you can request a new password here. Passwords are case-sensitive. We are not able to tell you what your existing password is, but you can reset it by requesting a new one. If it has been a while since you last logged in, make sure you are using the email address that you originally created the account with.

I requested a new password/reset my password but still cannot sign in to my webstore account using the new password. I requested a new password on the website but haven't gotten the email telling me what it is.
If it has been a while since you last logged in, make sure you are using the email address that you originally created the account with. Your new password will be sent to the email address you entered online. Email delivery times can vary, so please allow a little time to receive the email or check your spam/junk mail folder.
Once you receive the new password, use it to sign in to your account. Passwords are case-sensitive. Enter it exactly as provided in the email. We recommend that you change the password to something you can remember for future sign in (minimum 5 characters).

I cannot find a product on your website.
Products can be found by browsing the category list on the left-hand side of the website or typing in the Harris Communications Part Number or product name in the Search entry field.
For a more detailed search, try our Advanced Search feature. Advanced Search allows you to search within product descriptions for the author, products with user manuals, by price range, date added and category. If no results can be found, the item may either be out of stock or no longer available. Contact us for more information if you believe that we should carry a particular product.

How do I add an item to my cart?
Products available for purchase have a blue "in cart" button. Click the button to add to your shopping cart.

How do I remove an item or change the quantity of an item in my cart?
To remove an item, either click the "remove" checkbox that is next to the item you want to remove, or enter the number "0" in the quantity column, then click the "Update Cart" button that is located to the left of the "Remove" column to save your changes. To change the quantity of an item in your cart, simply change the number in the quantity column of the item, then click the "Update Cart" button to save your changes.

The computer will not let me checkout. It keeps asking me to sign in.
In order to finish your order and checkout online, you will need to create an account. The webstore also offers a Guest Checkout option if you do not wish to create an account. Also, make sure you are not already signed in. If you see the words "Log off" in the blue horizontal bar below the header, then you are signed in.
Benefits of creating an account include being able to view your past purchases, maintain an address book for up to 5 delivery recipients and start a wish list of products you are interested in purchasing in the future. Click here to create an account.

I keep getting an error message after I enter in my credit card information and cannot checkout.
Errors might occur due to a simple typo in the credit card information fields. If you get an error message after entering in your credit card information, verify that the name, account number, expiration date and CVV2 number (card security code that is a 3 digit number on the signature panel for Visa, MasterCard and Discover Card; 4 digit number on the front of the card for American Express) are correct.
If all the information is correct, please make sure that the credit card balance can cover the full amount of the order.
The next step is to try a different credit card.
If you are still unable to checkout after doing all of the above, write down the error message that you are receiving and contact us with the information. You may also place your order over the phone with your order and credit card.
