How do you retrieve a message? How do you delete a message?
The Geemarc AMPLI550 does not have an answering machine. There's no way to listen to or delete a message. However, it does come with talking caller ID and a large LCD display that provides information about the call.

Speaker Worthless for Hard of Hearing

The speaker volume, when turned up all the way, cannot be heard by a hard of hearing person. That means you have to hold the receiver up to your ear while on hold, which defeats the entire purpose of a speaker phone. It's unfortunate because the rest of the phone works fine, but without speaker capability it's worthless to me.
