Are these complicated to set up? Can they be set up plugginto back of my cable box. Do you have to go into TV settings to set up?
Set up of the MATRIXCINEMA is fairly easy. These are Bluetooth enabled, so simply pair them to the TV you would like to watch by going into your TV settings. Once the headphones are paired you won't need to access the TV settings again unless they get unpaired from the TV.

Do your Bluetooth wireless headphones have volume levels for profound hearing loss?
These headphones are amplified and are appropriate for someone with a hearing loss. They have high quality sound processors, technology to enhance speech recognition and dynamic bass for low end sound, if you have a profound loss these would definitely be worth giving a try. If for some reason they don't work out though, we provide FREE returns for our customers within the first 30 days from the day of shipment.
