Tradeshow/Exhibition Requests

Thank you for inviting Harris Communications to exhibit at your event. Each request will be reviewed and replied to. Please submit requests at least 6 weeks prior to the registration deadline of your event.

You may submit your request either of the following ways:

    Fax: (952) 906-1099 to the attention of the Tradeshow Coordinator

Send any information you believe would be helpful but make sure to include:
    The purpose of the event
    Date, time and location of the event
    Expected Attendance
    Other promotional or advertising opportunities available
    Opportunities to send promotional materials to be distributed at the event (for example: attendee bag or display table)
    Contact information
We receive a lot of requests to exhibit/sponsor tradeshows or events, and although we wish we could meet everyone's needs, we are unable to fulfill them all.

Donation Requests

    Address the donation would be sent to (No P.O. Boxes)
    Date you would like the item to be received by
    Contact information
Other information that may be included:
How many people are expected to attend
Any advertising that will be available at your event for sponsors
