Order Status | Order Tracking Numbers

Order Confirmation Email
You will receive an order number immediately on the screen after successfully completing your online order. An order confirmation is also sent by email shortly after your order has been submitted. This email provides your order number and total. If you have not received this order confirmation or deleted this email, please contact us and we will be happy to provide you with the information. We also send a shipping notification email when your order ships (although there are a few exceptions in cases where your item ships from an off-site distribution center). For most orders, the shipping notification will include information on how to track your shipment.

Shipment Tracking Numbers
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with the shipper's tracking number(s) for your shipment(s). If you have not received this email with your order shipment's tracking number or deleted this email, please contact us and we will be happy to provide you with the shipper's tracking information.

All prices are subject to change without notice. Orders will be billed at the prices in effect at the time the order is received. Products that are part of a promotion are not valid for additional discounts. Promotional prices may not be applied to orders that have already been placed.

Purchase Orders

To be billed Net 30 Days, schools, agencies and businesses may either mail or fax purchase orders to 952-906-1099. Orders typed on company letterhead may be substituted for purchase orders. To avoid duplication, please do not fax and then mail a copy for confirmation unless clearly marked as “confirmation” only.

Foreign Orders

Payment for orders from outside the United States must be in U.S. funds only, and made payable to Harris Communications, Inc. We do accept Canadian orders online, but please call for express shipment delivery options to Canada and for orders and shipping/handling costs to other international destinations. Online Canadian orders are charged in U.S. funds. Canadian shipping includes all associated taxes and broker fees.

Wishlist | How to Use Your Wishlist

Our Wishlist allows you to easily save products you're interested in. To create a Wishlist, you must have a Harris Communications online webstore account.

Adding Items to Your Wishlist
If you see a product you'd like to add to your wishlist, just click the “Add to Wishlist” link (near the "Add to Cart" button).

Managing Your Wishlist
When you visit your Wishlist, you'll see that all the items you've added, starting with the most recent.
  • If you'd like to purchase one of the items on your Wishlist, click the "Add to Cart" button. This will add the item to your Shopping Cart and remove it from your Wishlist.
  • If you'd like to purchase all of the items on your Wishlist, click the "Add All to Cart" button below the Wishlist product summary box. This will add all of the items in your Wishlist to your Shopping Cart and remove them from your Wishlist.

If you'd like to change the quantity of any item in your Wishlist, enter the new quantity in the quantity box above the "Add to Cart" button for that item, then click the "Update Wishlist" button below the Wishlist product summary box.

If you'd simply like to remove an item from your Wishlist, click the image of the garbage can next to it. You can also remove all items from your Wish List by clicking “Remove all items” at the bottom of the Wishlist product summary box.

Sharing Your Wish List
You can share your Wish List with your friends, family and social network using the "Share Wishlist" button at the bottom of the Wishlist product summary box. Enter the email address(es) you wish to send the Wishlist to, separated by commas. You can include a message if you wish. Then click the "Share Wishlist" button below those fields.

For your security, personal information such as your shipping address, billing address and email are not shared along with your Wishlist.

Shipping Information

Free ground shipping for the 48 contiguous United States.
All in-stock items are shipped "Best Way" within 48 hours after we receive your order. You should receive your order in 7-10 business days from the day your order was entered. Notices of any back orders are sent immediately. Canadian orders are shipped through Canadian Post Office (includes all associated taxes and broker fees) every Tuesday and Thursday (excluding holidays). Please call for express delivery options to Canada.

Shipping Charges
See chart below for shipping charges. Some items have a flat shipping fee and will be noted in the product description. Please call for orders outside the U.S. or Canada. Shipping charges for Internet orders over USD $5,000 will be Actual Shipping. We reserve the right to adjust the shipping price on large bids, quotes or orders with special pricing. Canadian shipping charge includes all associated taxes and broker fees.

Shipments to Canada go out every Tuesday and Thursday (excluding holidays). Please call for express delivery to Canada. Includes all associated taxes and broker fees.
Shipping Errors and Damaged Items
Shipping errors must be reported within five (5) business days from receipt of order. If you receive an item that is damaged, please report the damage immediately to the carrier and call Harris Communications (do not ship the package back to Harris Communications).

Express Delivery
For an additional charge, we can deliver your order overnight or within 2 or 3 business days for eligible addresses. We cannot express ship to PO boxes. Orders must be received by 12:00 PM Central Time to ship out the same business day and guarantee on-time delivery (in-stock items only). Other express delivery services can also be arranged by calling our customer service department at (800) 825-6758. Please call for express delivery options to Canada.

Returns & Exchanges | 100% Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is our goal. If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within thirty (30) days from the date of shipment, as shown on your invoice, for a refund or exchange. After thirty (30) days, please contact the manufacturer for warranty information.

Item(s) must be in the original carton and "like new" condition, with all parts, manuals and Return Authorization Number (RMA) included. An exchange or in-store credit will be issued if this criteria is not met. An exact exchange will be issued for defective items. Special orders, DVDs and computer software are not returnable once opened unless defective. Exchange of defective items will be for the same title/format only. If you live within the 48 contiguous U.S., most items are eligible for free returns. Any shipping costs paid with the initial placement of the order are non-refundable. Your customer service representative will let you know how to make the return.
