How long does it take to receive an order?
In-stock items are shipped within 48 hours after we receive your order. You should receive your order in 7-10 business days from the day the order was entered. Click here for more on ordering and delivery.

Ordering using a purchase order
To be billed Net 30 days, schools, agencies, and businesses may either mail or fax completed purchase orders. Orders typed on company letterhead may be substituted for purchase orders. To avoid duplication, please do not fax and then mail a copy for confirmation unless it is clearly marked as "Confirming" only. Our fax number is 952-906-1099.

Review/Desk Copies
We do not provide Review copies of texts. We offer a 30-day return period, so you may order a book, and if it is not what you wanted, you may return it in "like new," resellable condition. See our return policy for more. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Special orders, videotapes, DVDs and CD-ROMs are not returnable once opened.

Where do you ship?
Contact us for delivery to any destination outside of the U.S. or Canada. Our online webstore accepts orders for addresses within the 48 contiguous United States and Canada.

Do I need to pay tax on my order?
Residents of Minnesota will need to add 7.275% sales tax to their order (no tax on clothing or hearing aid batteries).

Where can I find information about product warranties?
Most products come with a manufacturer warranty. Please see the product's website description and/or user manual for information about a warranty. If the product is from one of the following manufacturers: Clarity (Ameriphone), Silent Call Communications, Sonic Alert, Ultratec Inc., Williams Sound Corp. AND 30 days have passed from the date of shipment, click here for information about warranty repair service.
