Overall Satisfaction I use this with a Cardionics Amplified Stethescope exclusively, although I could probably use it with a computer or other devices. My hearing aid is programmed with one setting to be used exclusively with the telecoil so that there is no sound coming from the normal external pick ups. It is a Sieman's behind the ear aide. I really like this device and order 3 at a time. The first one lasted a year until the connection at the base of the loop came loose. When you consider that this gets tucked back and forth into a carrying case for the stethoscope, sometimes sits out in the Houston Tx heat for hours at a time and generally gets a lot of abuse, I would say it is a relatively well made device. Overall Satisfaction Just like most of the Noizefree devices I have purchase, the audio plug connection only lasts about a year then shorts out. I even attempted to replace the plug, but the wires are very difficult to work with as they are stranded lacquer and almost impossible to strip.

Overall Satisfaction It seems to work but I cannot keep it on my ear, it is too thick to stay in place with my Cochlear Implant. I can't think of a way to keep them both on and that is a necessity. (Posted on 1/1/2014)

Overall Satisfaction Since my left ear is unaidable (profound hearing loss), I use this single hook audio device for my hearing aid in my right ear...this works very well for me to hear my IPod player, and it is easy to use right out of the package.
However, this tears up after a few months after daily use, so I had to reorder a new one.
I recommend this product to anyone who wears hearing aids....it does work great. (Posted on 7/20/2013)
