This product is SOOOO BADDDD!! I have gone through several of these. Why several? Because they keep BREAKING!!! But when they work, they actually sound great and no one else makes anything as close as these products. I purchased the Noizfree Silhouette earlier this spring. I have used numerous Silhouettes and neck loops over the years. This is the second Noizfree Silhouette I have tried. The device has the best sound quality of any device I have used. But it isn't very durable. I use the device extensively with my iPhone 6 while walking. The Noizfree Silhouette already has a short in the cord where the cord goes into the 2.5 mm jack. This also happened with the first one I tried several years back. So I can recommend this device for its sound quality but since the device doesn't last, if you are a heavy user of it, you should expect to have to purchase several a year. I am now back to looking for another device that has good sound quality and will last more than 3 months. (Posted on 7/23/2017)

At first I couldn't figure out how it works, but I figured out you have to push it in really hard. I'm very pleased. I made a great choice in getting a single silhouette as I have a pair of hearing aids where only one hearing aid has t-coil and the other aid is connected. There is absolutely no static. Thank you for this. Superfast shipping, too! I ordered it on a Friday, it shipped out the same day and I got it the following Monday. I just got it today! I've only used it for one day so far, but I'm really pleased with it. We'll see how long it lasts. (Posted on 5/9/2016)

I am so happy to have this product. I cam finally hear on a cell phone and I can hear the sounds on my iPad. I would like to thank very one envovle with products like this for people who are hard of hearing or deaf. (Posted on 6/10/2014)
