Product was exactly what was promised. Unfortunately I wasn't able to use it because of a wattage issue. Followed requested procedures for returning the Signaler and Harris lived up to its exchange policy. Getting ready to purchase another item from this company, where custom service is still honored. My mother could no longer hear the doorbell and I was looking for a system to use the existing wired doorbell instead of the wireless stuff that needs an outlet and lamps. I changed the doorbell transformer to a 24v and used a Dayton 6A858 timer. I now have a very bright flashing strobe light which she can see all over the house. (Posted on 4/4/2016)
