Overall Satisfaction I have bi-lateral cochlear implants and needed something that would wake me if the smoke detectors activated or if my wife screamed for help in the middle of the night. I have a Sonic Alert vibrator under my pillow which would be energized by the Universal transmitter. A great find.......this one is my second purchase of this same model for our vacation home. Overall Satisfaction I Recently got First Time about these Sonic Alert USS 360 Universal Sound Transmitter all worked Good! It Sent Remote to all Four my Sonic Alert SA 101 Receiver, It All Worked!.. I tested My Door Bell Press Button without No Electronic Door Bell, It Not Working effect these Sonic Alert USS 360 Universal Sound Transmitter... I Tried Adjusting These Sound Volume Higher, Bell sound not effect these Sonic Alert USS 360 Universal Sound, Because My Door Bell Press Button had Very Quietly, not very loudly... Only Few Thing Tested: Microwave's Sound & Oven and Cooktop burners had Timer Alarm Sound, Smoke and Fire Alarm loudly all worked with these Sonic Alert USS 360 Universal Sound Transmitter... Plus Two more thing about: 1.) Water Running sound in Kitchen, these can alert Sonic Alert USS 360 Universal Sound Transmitter's Light Flashing can tell me warning, I turn off water, Sonic Alert USS 360 Universal Sound's Light Flashing Stopped Alert warning at me... Weird, LOL... 2.) About Knocking Door's Sound does not work on these Sonic Alert USS 360 Universal Sound... Oh Well... I'm Very Happy about these Sonic Alert USS 360 Universal Sound Transmitter!... Overall Satisfaction I looked for this product like this in so many places. I finally came across this website that sold this product. I need something that would give enough light to show baby was waking up. This product was wonderful. This company definitely had deaf in mind.
